We are a combine purchasing service for the OKTAbeads.eu store. We don't just sell goods, we act as your agent, providing access to direct deliveries from factories in Europe/USA/Japan (for convenience, suppliers are divided into categories S1, S2, etc.).

What are the benefits?
When you buy through us, you get wholesale prices and access to unique products and large packages that are not available in regular stores. We don't spend money on storage, and you don't overpay for retail markups.

How does ordering work?
1. Selection: Keep an eye out for emails about the start of purchasing and deadlines; you can view the purchasing schedule on this page.
2. Payment: We purchase goods on your behalf, so we work on a prepayment basis of ~70%.
3. Waiting: Delivery is usually not fast (it can take 3-4 weeks). It's a long wait, but it's worth it.
4. Receipt: When the shipment arrives, you can add items from our inventory to your order and pay the balance.

Important to know: Since the goods are shipped specifically for you, you cannot refuse them after making an advance payment.
However, we always try to be accommodating in difficult situations.


Requirements for buyers?
There are no restrictions on purchases. Whether you are an amateur, a professional jewelry maker, or a store, there are no restrictions.
Individual terms and conditions are available for large customers.
